It’s official….

Summer is in full swing and I have now entered the blogging world! I’m so excited to embark on this journey with all of you. For my first post, I wanted to bring back a classic trend: The Gingham. This eye-catching print has officially taken over summer from swing dresses to trousers.

For my take on the gingham print, I wanted to keep things ladylike and pay homage to its retro 1940’s-1950’s roots. I found the perfect gingham set from ASOS . Not only is the length perfect, the viscose material is undetectable on the body which comes in handy for the scorching Sacramento heat.

Lastly, and certainly not least, let’s talk about the setting. This Tower Theather is located in Roseville, CA. It first opened in 1940 and I must say, the gingham set and this theater make the perfect duo.

I just wanted to thank all of you for the immense amount of support and stopping by to read this. This is so exciting and I’m so fortunate that I get to embark on this journey with you. XO

PS- I’m sorry if the pictures are a bit blurry, I accidentally shot in JPEG, not in RAW. 🙂

With love,

Laila Luna
